ACAMS members must recertify their credentials on a strict schedule — but the process involves:

 

  • Different rules for associate, specialist, and advanced certifications

  • Multiple deadlines and fee structures

  • A self-service online account system

  • High anxiety around missing deadlines or losing credentials

 

 

The risk was not just confusion — it was credential loss, financial penalties, and member frustration.

 

ACAMS needed a single guide that could explain the entire journey clearly, regardless of where a member was in the process.

This guide succeeds because it treats compliance as a user experience problem, not just a rules problem.
